Meet Chef Sidney Gordon, a virtuoso with 17 years of experience in food & hospitality and a global culinary education.
From learning the art of French cuisine at Europea with Jérôme Ferrer to mastering Japanese culinary techniques, Chef Gordon’s culinary repertoire is as diverse as it is impressive. He has immersed himself in the worlds of Japanese and French cuisine with stints in both countries, as well as working at several Michelin Star institutions and alongside renowned chefs.
Chef Gordon has also made his mark in hometown Montreal, earning accolades for his innovative cuisine at Pigor, named the third-best restaurant in the city by Journal de Montreal in 2019.
